And the way I see it, they're not going to quit doing it until they bring this country to its knees; so I think we should all rise up and we should stop this administration from what they're doing because they're destroying this country.They're driving us into bankruptcy so they can impose socialism on us. That's exactly what they're doing, and I'm sick and damn tired of it and I know you are too.

I also remember a time and place where the government provided stability and consistency, and where robust individuals were able to reap the rewards for their innovation and hard work. No, really. Maybe it was a local/regional phenomenon, but I remember it. It's what the founders intended. And I want that back.

That's the attraction in the videos: The nostalgic notion that people are free to do things without begging the government; that 'we the people' are anything other than Eloi to serve the Morlocks.

Update: After begging, the bank was granted limited "rights" by their overlords (who deem to have it in their power to grant such requests, when the begging suffices).

Who is being prosecuted for tyranny? Which director of which region is also liable for allowing it?

Over the past five months, DHS has worked with its federal, state, local and private sector partners, as well as the Department of Justice, to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign and Nationwide SAR Initiative to communities throughout the country—including the recent state-wide expansions of the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign across Minnesota and New Jersey. Pirates Grab the Internets

Freedom of the seas is vital. But, from time to time, Pirates rise up and claim dominion over a part of the sea. Freedom, property, free trade, capitalism, and liberty depend on the seas; and therefore our western civilization rises up to beat back evil pirates.

Enemy combatants, during times of economic war, would try to shut down the sea 'lines of communication' and commerce. "What used to be My Navy" fought to keep those lines of communication and commerce open, and to sink those who would try to submarine our nations' cargo.

Like physical 'lines of communication' over the high seas; modern commerce, captialism, and liberty rely on open lines of communication via the internet.

Blockading the internet is an act of Piracy: Taking, stealing at gun point what does not 'belong' to the Pirate.

Embarrased by Truths posted on open communication channels, Pirates now claim control of what previously was free and open. Who the HELL do they think they are!?

Piratical Tyrannts claimed possession of the internets this week.
They only allow to pass, what they deem ok to pass.
Everyone's packages will be opened and inspected.
The Pirates demand Jizyah to be paid in acknowledgement of their raw power.
Questioning their power leads to being designated a 'person of interest', targetted for extra subjugation.

History oft repeated: Pirates were a huge problem for the west, when Muslim Pirates in the Mediterranean interferred with commerce, and ignored the sovereignty, liberty, and property of others. Bitching does not make Pirates go away. Begging does not make Pirates go away. Pirates demand bribes, to acknowledge their power over you. Similar to a Chicago Mob protection racket. Get in their way, and they will kill you. Fail to pay tribute, and they will kill you.

NRA robo-called Today

Picked up the phone... click.. click.. click.. click.. pause.. "Hello?" [robo-call indication]
Nice guy wanted to talk to me about the NRA and all the good work they're doing.
"And this call is recorded for quality assurance."

I talked to him about Gun Owners of America, Heller, and asked why the NRA was always in bed with the enemies of the 2nd Amendment, working to give away our rights just so the NRA could get 'most favored whore' status. I asked him if NRA stood for "Not Relevant Anymore".

Civil conversation and he was making his points too. He was sincere about 2A, and I commended him for his efforts. And I tried to get him to see that the NRA was not his friend. Then he asked for the $$$.

I told him that I was with Charlton Heston on this: The only way the NRA would get money from me would be
... from my cold dead hands.

At that point, he hung up.

I'm glad they record calls; and I hope they replay mine, over and over.
Maybe some will understand.

New Jersey Thinks Rights are Granted by the King

So New Jersey takes exception to TSA abuse. And what do they do?

Are New Jersey State Troopers arresting folks for assault? For sexual harrassment? For violating New Jersey laws?
Are New Jersey Prosecutors indicting TSA officials?

WHY NOT!?

They are conditioned to beg the king.
By asking, they acknowledge that they are powerless as individuals, and only the central fed.gov has authority. The implicit assumption is that 'rights' are derived by begging the king. They are granting/acknowledging that only czars, lawyers, court jesters, consultants are empowered. Even as they complain, the chains rest lightly upon these New Jersey folks.



And why do we need TSA? Because fed.gov refuses to end the jihad.

The jihad is barbaric evil, agressively expanding and subjugating new lands.
The jihad is the problem. Ending jihad is the solution.

TSA is not the solution to jihad.

The design is to force the Republicans into approving the acts or bypass opposing them so they can expand their permanence of an expansive bureaucracy while Americans celebrate the diversions of sport and holiday. A failure or attempt to block any of the Democrat plans will result in chaos by design, with government agencies shutting down and benefits suspended for American citizens, conveniently right before Christmas when they want and need them the most.

Everyone feels that after whatever victory occurs next week for those Tea Party candidates and deserving Republicans a call for celebration should be allowed to proceed but I call for increased vigilance. The seven weeks after November 2nd will prove to be consequential, unless of course one elects to imbibe in the victory parades and platitudes which will be the call of the day by the amenable Republicans."

Fed Privacy Does Not Exist in ‘Public Places’

The Obama administration has urged a federal appeals court to allow the government, without a court warrant, to affix GPS devices on suspects’ vehicles to track their every move.

The Justice Department is demanding a federal appeals court rehear a case in which it reversed the conviction and life sentence of a cocaine dealer whose vehicle was tracked via GPS for a month, without a court warrant. The authorities then obtained warrants to search and find drugs in the locations where defendant Antoine Jones had travelled.

The administration, in urging the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to reverse a three-judge panel’s August ruling from the same court, said Monday that Americans should expect no privacy while in public.

“The panel’s conclusion that Jones had a reasonable expectation of privacy in the public movements of his Jeep rested on the premise that an individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy in the totality of his or her movements in public places, ” Assistant U.S. Attorney Peter Smith wrote the court in a petition for rehearing.

The case is an important test of privacy rights as GPS devices have become a common tool in crime fighting, and can be affixed to moving vehicles by an officer shooting a dart. Three other circuit courts have already said the authorities do not need a warrant for GPS vehicle tracking, Smith pointed out.

The appeals court ruled the case “illustrates how the sequence of a person’s movements may reveal more than the individual movements of which it is composed.”

The court said that a person “who knows all of another’s travels can deduce whether he is a weekly churchgoer, a heavy drinker, a regular at the gym, an unfaithful husband, an outpatient receiving medical treatment, an associate of particular individuals or political groups — and not just one such fact about a person, but all such facts.”
We the people instituted a form of government to protect our lives and our liberties. We certainly have natural rights. And especially those that we specifically documented to limit the government we set up to protect us.

But our employees- federal, state, and local agencies - are saying that they have no expectation of privacy.

I'm no legal expert, but fed.gov and the courts seem to be saying that tracking Federal Employees, Judges, Directors/Staff of 3 letter agencies, State and Local bureaucrats - IS LEGAL. This is the new normal.

And by tracking them, it can be determined where they live, where their kids go to school, what church and gym they go to, what bars they hang out at, where they go fishing, where their cabin in the woods is.


We live in interesting times. But if there is no expectation of privacy, then fed.gov and the courts are creating this new reality.

General, I ask you this: what in hell is your “mission” if We The People jeopardize it by exercising our First Amendment rights in our own homeland? Is your “mission” to defend our rights against foreign enemies, or to defend foreign enemies against our rights?

You made your choice, and you justified it by claiming that you and those under your command have been taken hostage by our 7th Century terrorist enemy, and that the ransom demand you deliver to us is that we submit to your captor’s restrictions on our natural and constitutional rights – or they’ll kill you.

I remind you and your captors that we do not negotiate with terrorists.

And I remind you that you are the most revered general in the present day, commanding in the most powerful military in all of history, during the most justifiable war in the last seventy years. So please either remember your priorities and slaughter your captors, or resign in disgrace so that we may replace you with a warrior. And if you resign, you should do so right along with President Obama, Gen. Caldwell, Pentagon Spokesman Lapan, Sec. of State Clinton, Atty. Gen. Holder, NATO Sec. Rasmussen and all others in all branches of government and in all alliances who echoed your request, whether they did so mindlessly or with surrender aforethought.

To have our own military leaders beg us to refrain from exercising our Constitutional rights on our own soil is completely un-American. And to have you make that request of us in the name of cowardice is a shocking and unthinkable perversion I still don’t have the words for.

But I do have the plan for it. We The People will force the issue right here and now. We don’t want harm to come to our military, but if peacefully exercising our rightful freedom on our own property here in our own homeland endangers you, then we will endanger you!

We will burn the Koran for freedom and post the videos for all the world to see. We can be overt or covert, named or anonymous, sparse or numerous – but ultimately we will be unstoppable, and eventually we will be effective.

We will do this because you have no fucking right to sell our freedom down the river for the sake of our enemy’s sensitivity. We will do it because you more than have the power to defend yourselves against that enemy if only you would use it. We will do it because facing danger to defend our rightful freedom is why we pay you, train you, equip you, promote you, appoint you, deploy you, and – formerly! – revere you.

You work for us, General, not for our enemy. Therefore we will regain control over you and over this war from the command center of our own backyards. We will force you to end any of your appeasement and nation-building which would restrict our Constitutional rights. We are a free people, and although we clearly live in occupied territory psychologically, we do not yet live in occupied territory legally or physically. We will do as we please, and we will continue to expect all branches of our government to secure our right to do it.

I remind you that securing our rights is the only legitimate reason that governments are instituted among men in the first place, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Inverting The Constitution Goes Unpunished, Again and Again and Again

Remember the promises made after Hurricane Katrina that citizens would never again be subject to gun restrictions and confiscations during such emergencies? Bad news. They lied. On Wednesday, September 1st, North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue signed an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency in anticipation of Hurricane Earle. In doing so, she suspended the right of state residents to use or carry firearms outside their premises. And yes, violater's guns would be confiscated.


Notice she did not protect and defend the rights of the citizenry as is her sworn duty. No surprise, Governor Perdue is a socialist activist—master's degree in education, doctoral in education administration, it's all there in the record. She won the Governorship in a squeaker when Obama delivered the crucial voters. Since then she's had an approval rating in the low 30s but governs as if she had a mandate from Mao.


That the Governor was not forced to step aside pending immediate impeachment and conviction says what needs saying. That she holds office in the first place says even more. This walking pile and her errand boys in the legislature are all the proof a person should need that voting doesn't work, not for the citizenry. If voting worked it would have worked by now.
No consequences for actions repugnant to the Constitution.
Until tyrants are held accountable, expect more and more of the same.

Soros Wages War for Profit. War against America.

Moveon and M-M are slander squads funded by György Schwartz, later known as György Soros (with two sh-sounds), and later George Soros, US citizen.
Now Soros is bankrolling a propaganda campaign to infilitrate and then lie about Tea Party groups.

  • Think Progress is a George Soros operation connected to John Podesta’s Center for American Progress. Podesta is Clinton’s former chief of staff.

  • Soros has always been a major supporter of Media Matters and MoveOn.
  • And now the NAACP is happy to play poster-child for racism, in exchange for Soros cash.
George has an interesting history. Conservapedia writes
In his autobiograpy, entitled 'Soros on Soros', he described how as a teenager he helped to cart off the stolen possessions of Hungarian Jewish men, women and children after they were rounded up and transported to death camps. He claims it never bothered him a bit, and still doesn't bother him today.
Here is a partial transcript from an interview done by Steve Kroft for CBS’ 60 Minutes 'George Soros' on December 20, 1998:
When the Nazis occupied Budapest in 1944, George Soros’ father was a successful lawyer. He lived on an island in the Danube and liked to commute to work in a rowboat. But knowing there were problems ahead for the Jews, he decided to split his family up. He bought them forged papers and he bribed a government official to take 14-year-old George Soros in and swear that he was his Christian godson. But survival carried a heavy price tag. While hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews were being shipped off to the death camps, George Soros accompanied his phony godfather on his appointed rounds, confiscating property from the Jews.

KROFT: I mean, that’s–that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?

Mr. SOROS: Not–not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don’t–you don’t see the connection. But it was–it created no–no problem at all.

KROFT: No feeling of guilt?

Mr. SOROS: No.

KROFT: For example that, ‘I’m Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.’ None of that?

Mr. SOROS: Well, of course I c–I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn’t be there, because that was–well, actually, in a funny way, it’s just like in markets–that if I weren’t there–of course, I wasn’t doing it, but somebody else would–would–would be taking it away anyhow. And it was the–whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away. So the–I had no role in taking away that property. So I had no sense of guilt.

George Schwartz was born in Hungary in 1930 — not the luckiest time and place to be born a Jew.

George’s father Theodore tried to change the family’s fortunes by changing their name to something less Jewish-sounding. It didn’t help. And soon war came.

When the Nazis took total control of Hungary in 1944, the Holocaust followed. In two months, 440,000 Hungarian Jews were deported to death camps.

To survive, George, then a teenager, collaborated with the Nazis.

First he worked for the Judenrat. That was the Jewish council set up by the Nazis to do their dirty work for them. Instead of the Nazis rounding up Jews every day for the trains, they delegated that murderous task to Jews who were willing to do it to survive another day at the expense of their neighbours.

Theodore hatched a better plan for his son. He bribed a non-Jewish official at the agriculture ministry to let George live with him. George helped the official confiscate property from Jews.

By collaborating with the Nazis, George survived the Holocaust. He turned on other Jews to spare himself.

George moved to London after the war and then to New York, where he became a stockbroker. He’s rich now. Forbes magazine says he’s the 35th richest man in the world. Maybe you’ve heard of him. He goes by the name his father invented: George Soros.

How does Soros feel about what he did as a teenager? Has it kept him up at night?

Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes asked him that. Was it difficult? “Not at all,” Soros answered.

“No feeling of guilt?” asked Kroft. “No,” said Soros. “There was no sense that I shouldn’t be there. If I wasn’t doing it, somebody else would be taking it away anyhow. Whether I was there or not. So I had no sense of guilt.”

A Nazi would steal the Jews’ property anyways. So why not him?

That moral hollowness has shaped Soros’ life. He’s a rabid critic of capitalism, but in 1992 when he saw a chance, he speculated against the British pound, causing it to crash, devastating retirement savings for millions of Britons. Soros pocketed $1.1 billion for himself. If he didn’t do it, someone else would, right?

In 2002, Soros was convicted of insider trading in France, and fined millions of dollars. He admitted buying the shares, but denied it was a crime.

Last year, when he made $3.3 billion off the banking collapse, he called the world’s financial crisis “the culmination of my life’s work.”

This is a man who boasted he offered to help his mother commit suicide. Apparently he didn’t see enough death in Hungary.

Soros is a sociopath. But he’s a sociopath with $14 billion, and he likes to spend it on politics.

Sometimes his gifts are large, like the $24 million he spent in 2004, trying to defeat George W. Bush. Sometimes they’re small, like $20,000 to a woman convicted of helping terrorists.
That immorality and penchant for stealing has carried him far:

Soros has been blamed for crashing the national currency of Malaysia in 1997. He is still hated for that by Mahathir Mohammed, the former prime minister of that country, who has emerged as a major international voice of Islamic anti-Semitism. Soros claims that somebody would have profited from speculating in Malaysian currency. He may be right. But many of us might not want to be anywhere near the crashing currency of a poor country, even if somebody else would do it anyway. We would feel ashamed to profit from disaster.

According to Wikipedia, 
"Soros is famously known for ‘breaking the Bank of England' on Black Wednesday in 1992. On Black Wednesday (September 16, 1992), Soros became immediately famous when he sold short more than $10 billion worth of pounds, profiting from the Bank of England's reluctance to either raise its interest rates to levels comparable to those of other European Exchange Rate Mechanism countries or to float its currency. ... He was dubbed "the man who broke the Bank of England. ... Soros first traded currencies during the Hungarian hyperinflation of 1945-1946."
In 2002 a French court ruled that Soros was guilty of insider trading, and fined him $2 million. Who knows? He might be innocent. But there is a repeated pattern of manipulative and destructive actions in Mr. Soros' life.
According to Byron Rork of the National Review, "the (Soros) Open Society Institute gave $20,000 in September 2002 to the Defense Committee of Lynne Stewart." Stewart is the "activist" lawyer who secretly passed messages for the "blind sheik" and his fellow Muslim terrorists convicted of trying to truck bomb the World Trade Towers in 1993.

We live in a time of steady public decline in civilized values. The Left shamelessly peddles the idea that real patriotism means leaking national security secrets when our soldiers are risking their lives in combat. The national media have become so vulgarized that scapegoating GOP presidents has become the open aim of the "profession" of journalism. Opportunistic demagogues like Al Gore jump on the phony Global Warming bandwagon, and are awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, thus raising his public image while debasing the Nobel Prize.

• Iraq War spending accounted for just 3.2% of all federal spending while it lasted.
• Iraq War spending was not even one quarter of what we spent on Medicare in the same time frame.
• Iraq War spending was not even 15% of the total deficit spending in that time frame. The cumulative deficit, 2003-2010, would have been four-point-something trillion dollars with or without the Iraq War.

2) Pre-Crime Technology To Be Used In Washington D.C.
If you’ve got nothing to hide then what is the problem with being scanned for pre-crime?
3) Without probable cause, new roving vans use backscatter x-rays to peer beneath your clothes, inside your car, and inside your home.
From a privacy standpoint, I’m hard-pressed to see what the concern or objection could be.
4) Citizens have become inmates.
Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway - and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements.
5) Talk of Dow 5,000
If people had confidence, they wouldn't be pouring money into Treasury securities yielding nothing, and paying more than $1,200 for an ounce of gold.

Our communist masters are tightening the chains upon us, as they suck out the last few sheckles of wealth.

There is no doubt in my mind that the key "boundary conditions" that have enabled the incredible advances in human progress around the world which have decreased both human misery and poverty everywhere is due to the adherence to a rational ethical system that allowed individuals to interact in a socially productive and mutually beneficial manner--"between brains" so to speak; without the use of brute force and government coercion.

Those boundary conditions are being systematically and deliberately dismantled and replaced by a medieval, irrational and unethical system, that depends primarily on force, involuntary servitude, and the submission of the individual to the will of the State.
We need more Sanity in this world! Welcome Back!

Advantages:
  • 4:3 Real-time video from remote control helicopter or aircraft.
  • 16:9 720p HD video recording of up to 5 hours onto 16GB SD card, supporting post flight data transfer.
  • Separate real-time GPS navigation data download available.



















Disadvantages:
  • Radio-Control signals up to helicopter/aircraft locate the control station. --> Move transmitter away from high value items. 
  • RF video broadcast can be seen by anyone viewing same frequency. --> Minimally Encrypted Video downlink.
  • Loiter time. Cycle time to land, refuel, relaunch. --> Multiple units.
  • Daylight cameras.  --> Night-time sensors.
This vendor appears to have run out, for now. But FYI - The gear is out there.

Is slavery on private property ok?

Does the 2nd Amendment apply on private property? On government property?

Let's consider some analogies.

Is slavery on private property ok? On governemnt property? Why not?
Is murder or rape on private property ok? On government property? Why not?
(Hint: It's not some piece of paper.)

Unalienable rights.
The Constitution even acknowledges some of them.
The Declaration has those rights as casus belli for government nullifying itself, leaving citizens to re-institute government that will protect these rights.

Unalienable rights apply throughout the land, or they are just conditional privileges.

The founders asserted that the rights exist, everywhere.
Governments and/or individuals who do not acknowledge that everyone has those rights, are repugnant to the Constitution, and natural law.

So - Slave? Or American?

So the marxists won another battle in their campaign to destroy and loot America.
They just destroyed the last vestiges of the Constitution. Health Care was just a 'cherry on top'.
Marxists abuse the law as a means to render it worthless. And to remind us that they are above the law.
And that we could ignore the law too, if only we would join them.

They are sacking and looting pensions, financial institutions, automobile industry, businesses, individuals, corporations, insurance industry, and health care industry.

"They Won!" several battles with only light resistance from the natives.
"They're just animals, I guess"

So is it over?
